Promoting the Motorcycling Lifestyle and Protecting the Future of Motorcycling
The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) hosts a variety of vintage race events. The AMA is 200,000 members strong, and is a nonprofit organization that oversees numerous campaigns and competitive events for vintage motorcyclist competitors. Dedicated “to promoting the motorcycling lifestyle and protecting the future of motorcycling.”
Founded in 1924, today the AMA has over 1,100 chartered clubs, in which the AMA is responsible for helping each charter run events and promotion on behalf of the AMA. The organization in its entirety votes on association matters and harbors representatives across the US motorcycle industry.
Vintage schedules include the following classes: hare scramblers, roadracing, motocross, trials and flat track. All with vintage exclusive events.
